Custom Meta and Title Tags for Blogger

A while ago I received a comment from CJ in which he was asking for a widget or gadget to automatically implement the "Meta Description Hack" for Blogger. I didn't notice the comment back then (awfully sorry for that), but recently, as I was looking over those comments I decided to take up that challenge. Below is a small javascript application you can use to generate custom meta descriptions, keywords and title tags for Blogspot blogs, as well as a video tutorial on how to use it.

Butterfly and Flower Tattoos for Geeks
Step
1

When choosing a tattoo consider what it symbolizes, what statement you want to make and what it says about you or who you are. A butterfly tattoo means rebirth or transformation. It can also have spiritual significance as life after death. Some consider it a symbol of divine love or freedom. Flowers also have several profound and multi-layered meanings. Each type of flower possesses its own. For example, the Lotus, like the hibiscus flower, is traditionally accepted as a symbol of estranged love and the empty yearning it entails. The lily has several meanings specific to the type. A calla lily represents maiden modesty or beauty. The water lily symbolizes purity of heart. My favorite, the daisy, generally represents innocence.
Step
2

Butterflies symbolize change or new life as synonymous with how an ugly cocoon transformed into a winged creature. Because of the amazing characteristics a butterfly posses, it can also represent beauty, freedom and hope.In nature, no two butterflies are alike.Your tattoo should also have a story behind it. It should have a personal meaning for you that you can share with people when they ask about it.

Creating a custom tattoo online is a great way to design a tattoo that can have all of the elements you want, because you created it. There are websites that allow you to create your own tattoo online by uploading an image, drawing your own tattoo, or tweaking an existing idea from their gallery of pictures.
Instructions

Things You'll Need:
Active internet connection
Custom Tattoo Design
Step
1

Research the type of tattoo you want. Think about what you want the tattoo to represent. Are you getting the tattoo in honor of someone special, to commemorate an event, or just as a form of expression? Search online or look in magazines for a picture that inspires you. You don't just have to look at pictures of existing tattoos. If you find a picture online that you like, save it to your computer in .jpg format.
Step
2

Visit a website that allows you to upload custom tattoo designs. StrayTats.com has three ways for you to create your own custom tattoos. You can upload a digital picture from your computer, draw your own tattoo using their beta application or choose a tattoo from their gallery.
Step
3

Customize the image after you've uploaded, chosen, or created your tattoo by adding text, changing colors, or cropping your photo. When you are finished editing, click "File," then "Save" to save the image to your computer. The file will save in .png format.
Step
4

Finalize the tattoo details by selecting the size of the tattoo you want using the slider at the bottom of the screen. Then, select the number of copies you want to purchase.
Step
5

Click the "Update Order" button under the size slider at the bottom of the screen. Review your order and shipping costs, check the ""I agree to the terms of service" box, then click the yellow "Checkout" button and enter your payment details. You should receive your tattoo in 3 to 5 days.

How to make money online selling designs on Cafe press

How to make money online by selling designs on Cafepress.com. Earning money by selling your design on a product at this site with ease. Kick back, relax and learn another way to make money on the internet with Dr. Snot....
Instructions

Things You'll Need:
A computer
An internet connection
A design
Some free time
Step
1

First, similarly to my last article on zazzle -cafepress offers a service that allows you to put your design on a product of your choosing and then handles the manufacturing and sale of said product.
Step
2

Pick a design that you want to put on a product. If it's not already digital, do a high quality scan with a scanner and edit it tightly.
Step
3

Now, you want your images to be as high of quality as you can. I recommend at least 100 dpi, but 300 dpi is ideal to avoid pixelation when increasing the size of the image on the product. Also, keep in mind the file formats you are using, .jpegs are effective -but for drawings .png's look much nicer for increased sizes.

I recommend taking measurements of the product you intend to place your design on, and get your file as close to that size before proceeding to assure a high quality printing of your design.
Step
4

Now go to Cafepress.com and sign up for an account....(always thoroughly read the terms you are agreeing to before signing up for anything!)
Step
5

Once you have your new cafe press account, click on the 'make your own stuff' tab at the top of the screen. At this point you should be prompted with two account options -I recommend starting with the free one at first, while it has heavy limitations (one product per product category) it's good to go the free route first to see if you like working with cafepress or not.
Step
6

Now, choose your product....
Step
7

Then, upload and add your design to it...
Step
8

Once you have your product looking how you want it to look, proceed to create it. And start promoting your product everywhere that you can!!!! Promotion and good marketing is essential in selling your product!!!!
Step
9

Don't get discouraged if it takes a while to sell any of your products!!!! Keep at it!!!! Don't give up!!!!

Thanks for reading!!!! Good luck!!!! Persevere!!!!

How to Make a Tattoo Stencil

A tattoo stencil is a stencil that is used to create an ink or henna tattoo. Creating your own stencil allows you to personalize a design or create a tattoo to your specifications. This is a useful technique that helps insure that you like the tattoo design before you commit to a permanent tattoo.
Instructions

Things You'll Need:
Transfer paper
Carbon paper
Deodorant stick
Scissors
Step
1

Pick or design the tattoo of your choice. Draw it or print it on regular paper first. Take the time to review every aspect, color and line. This gives you the chance to make sure it is exactly the tattoo you want.
Step
2

Lay the transfer paper on a flat surface. Place the carbon paper ink-side down onto the transfer paper.
Step
3

Tape your design onto the top of the carbon paper and transfer paper to hold it in place.
Step
4

Trace the design with a pencil. Press hard along the lines so the tattoo design transfers completely. Make sure to trace each line of the design.
Step
5

Cut the design out of the transfer paper leaving about two inches around each edge.
Step
6

Rub a glycerin-based deodorant over the area of skin where you want the tattoo. This moistens the skin and allows the transfer to stick.
Step
7

Put the transfer paper on your skin on the moistened area. Rub the stencil into the skin until all of the transfer has been placed on the skin.
Step
8

Trace around the outsides of the tattoo with henna or body art paint. Another option is to add the colors with paint so you get the full picture of the tattoo.

How to Use Tattoo Design Websites

Browsing tattoo flash for new ideas is a long process - but tattoo design websites make it much more efficient. Online tattoo designs are easy to browse any time of the day or night.

Plus, you can order online tattoo designs (that won't break the bank) and bring them along on your next visit to the tattoo shop.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:
Some time to browse
10 to 20 bucks for the design
A PayPal account (or a credit/debit card)
Step
1

Start browsing tattoo design websites. A simple Google search will give you a good starting point, and several websites to choose from.
Step
2

Narrow your search. Most tattoo design websites allow you to search with keywords and select options for the color and size of the tattoo design you're looking for.
Step
3

Research the tattoo designs you are considering. Be sure that the design you end up with isn't associated with a meaning that you don't want to convey. The best tats are always the ones that are significant and full of meaning to the person who is wearing them.
Step
4

Download the design of your choice. Follow the instructions for the tattoo design website you are using.
Step
5

Print both the color reference and the stencil for your tattoo design. This is very important - the tattoo artist who does the work for you will need both.
Step
6

Before you commit to a tat, give it a test run. Many tattoo design websites will make inexpensive temporary tattoos of your design so you can experiment with placement and size before you get inked.

How to make money selling your Tattoo Designs online

How to make money selling your Tattoo Designs online. This ones probably easier than you'd expect, so kick back and relax with Dr. Snot as we look into some ways to make some extra money with all those tattoos and pieces of flash art you've designed....
Instructions

Things You'll Need:
Your art
A computer
An internet connection
Some free time
Step
1

Okay, first things first: get all your tattoo's together.
Step
2

Now, you have a choice here -the 'safe' route or the 'not so safe' route. I strongly recommend the 'safe' route, which in this case is getting all your work copyrighted. Protecting your work is very important -however, if you don't really care about such things, you can just as well skip this step.

To save money on your copyrights, I would suggest (although I'm no lawyer or anything, so make sure you know exactly what you're doing) making a compilation of all your work rather than copyrighting each piece individually -that is, in the interest of saving tons of money.
Step
3

Now, just go to tattoo websites and check the market out, see what places are offering for your work -likely evaluation will take place, not uncommon. And you may wish to go for places that offer royalties, that way you get paid anytime that tattoo sees any action.

Here are some sites that offer such tattoo services, I haven't given them a very indepth look yet -decide for yourself and look around alot before settling on a place to sell your tattoos -you don't wanna get stuck selling your hard work exclusively at one place for pennies a month....

http://www.everytattoo.com/selltattoodesigns.shtml

http://www.tattoo-flash-art.com

Do a search on google or yahoo -you'll find tons of sites like these....
Step
4

There are other methods though besides just selling your designs to another site, you can cut the middleman out and sell directly to your audience.

For instance, you can start your own website featuring your work and sell directly to those interested.
Step
5

Another method -sell your designs on eBay! As a book -or designs individually. Use really nice large pictures -if people like them enough, they may buy them!
Step
6

Yet another method -ask local tattooist if they would be interested in selling your tattoo designs.
Step
7

Similarly, you could also offer a service where you design custom tattoos -these can take lots of time though, so make sure what you charge is truly worth your time.
Step
8

One last way you can make money with your tattoo designs: Give them away for free on your own website, but put advertisements up so that you make money from traffic, clicks and affiliate sales -similar to functions of a blog (check out my other articles for more info)
Step
9

Don't give up if things don't work out right away -keep at it!!!! If you have a love for designing tattoos and you put in alot of work -you'll succeed at some point!!!! Good luck!!!! Persevere!!!!
Tips & Warnings
Scan physical art into your computer to make submission and management more streamlined.

Protect your work

Check the market and see what sites pay the best in the method of your preference.

Protect your work

Educate yourself on the copyrighting process before purchasing a copyright.

Avoid sites that want exclusive rights to the design -unless they pay you enough that you're happy only dealing with them.

Read all agreements very carefully.
